JUSTICE-STRATEGIES.NET
JUSTICE-STRATEGIES.NET introduces you to the services that we at JUSTICE STRATEGIES believe will become a valuable asset to your practice. In this day of reliance on specialized diagnostic evaluations and treatment plans, the staff at JUSTICE STRATEGIES can provide the expertise to ensure that the best possible support is given to your representation needs.
We are an asset to attorneys because we provide a multi-disciplinary team approach. We support the client and their family psychologically. We humanize the client, document their psychological history and provide a rationale for explaining their behavior. Sources of data for this type of theory building come from history, clinical interviews, field contacts, and objective psychological testing.
It is recommended that Justices Strategies be contacted at the earliest possible stage in client representation. We have found that early intervention can not only assist in helping determine pre-plea outcomes but can also greatly assist a client in positive behavioral change.
The staff of Justice Strategies participates as Experts in the Assigned Counsel Program (18B) of the Nassau County Bar Association.
